pre wedding styling chapter 10: take me back and marry me all over again - roaring twenties

since i was young, i was fascinated by the life after life theory and movies, especially love stories. 
crazy love over the past eras. i think real hard, how they were living each and single day, what were they thinking, whats behind every stories the torn, old photgraphs. everything from their clothes, hairstyles, furniture, buildings , photographs just melt me down. They have an intense charm to connect to me and very often there are unimaginable stories behind these amazing pictures. 


below are a series of photos that tell a love story of this young couple, their love spanned through the eras (photos were taken in the year 2012)

20s era marked a period of independence, especially the girls. They cut their hair, dress were shorter.

birthday party Chapter 07: we love birthday parties

preparing some small props for the upcoming Mickey & Friends 1st Birthday Party. i guess kids' party are never the same like the time we had ours? we were considered lucky or ultra happy if our birthday was held at Macdonald when we were young.

well,all celebration ought to look beautiful & fun anyway!

dessert table Chapter 06: alice in wonderland tea-party

Stylised and themed according to the bride's whimsical ideas, we have our very first alice in wonderland themed tea-party candy bar on set and all ready to sparkle. 

We had teapot & teacups cut-out on place cards, all paper-cut out characters displayed on the table.

birthday party chapter 05: Opp...Oppa Gangnam Birthday Party

Our first birthday party contribution! Our birthday boy Jonas was crazy over PSY, therefore we came up with this "PSY Oppa Gangnam Style" theme. We customise and hand made the gift-box to fit in Mummy's gifts for the kids. These pink ribbon bows are made to decorate the girls' gift-boxes, the boys will get smart black bows for theirs (just like PSY :p)

the black bows for the boys, and of cause girls will take the pink ribbon bows :)

We tied a balloon to each gift box, to make it like hot air balloon for the kids to bring home.
The kids were overwhelmed with joy when they see the gift-boxes :)
And we are excited about our upcoming birthday party in June.
